After 45 minutes of approach walking, the descent alternates jumps of varying heights, rappelling and natural slides over 2 kilometers. A playful and refreshing canyon, ideal for those who have already tried canyoning and are looking for a beautiful day of relaxation, just on the other side of the border.
The Rio Barbaira is located in Italy, near Dolceacqua. From Menton: follow the A8 east to Vintimille, cross the city and take the left turn onto the SP 64 towards Dolceacqua. At the exit of Dolceacqua, take the left turn onto the SP 68 towards Rocchetta Nervina, until the designated parking area. An access fee to the canyon must be paid on site. Depending on the exit, the transfer to the site is organized by FunTrip: the exact meeting point is confirmed upon booking.
