At your own pace, and in complete safety, feel the thrill as you leap, rappel, and glide in a lush, protected setting, with clear pools, natural slides and chutes, rock faces, and breathtaking scenery. Walk, swim, slide, and jump through this natural wonderland… choose your level and follow our guides in a new form of adventure, deep in the most beautiful canyons of the Alpes-Maritimes.

Level II – Introduction to Canyoning
This level involves moving through canyons with an initiation in vertical activity (rappel descent). This activity is open to everyone 8 years of age and up (half-day) or 12 years of age and up (full day).

Level III – Intermediate
This level involves moving through more challenging canyons and requires very good physical condition. The activity is open to everyone 14 years of age and up.

Level IV – Technical
This level involves moving through a technical canyon and is only for well-informed participants in excellent physical condition. It combines major verticals and/or long approach treks and/or considerable aquatic activity. Minimum age for children will be determined by the instructor depending on each child’s physical condition and experience.

Level V – Expert
The “Bivouac Canyon Adventure” option is two days of intense canyoning in total autonomy in the biggest canyon in the Alpes-Maritimes, with thirty rappels… a dazzling and unforgettable adventure!
